The UK's 2015 Enterprising Britain Awards are now open for entries

Applications are welcome from Local Authorities, LEPs, Education establishments, as well as a range of public or private sector partnership initiatives from across the country.

The Enterprising Britain Awards are part of the Government's drive to increase entrepreneurial activity in the UK. They are managed by Young Chamber Ltd (YCUK) on behalf of the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS). This competition is also used to identify the UK entries to the European Enterprise Promotion Awards for 2015.

There are four categories open for entry:

  • Promoting entrepreneurial spirit
  • Building enterprise skills
  • Improving the business environment
  • Support for exporting

Entry to the Enterprising Britain Awards 2015 is now open and you can register here!

Closing date for entries is midnight on Friday 26th June.

Two of the four finalists may go on to represent the UK at the European Enterprise Promotion Awards and any shortlisted entries will be invited to attend a ceremony at the 2015 SME Assembly in Luxembourg on 18-20 November 2015.
