Youth Essay Competition

The Youth Essay competition, under the European Commissioner for Single Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs is looking again for creative and well thought out answers to this question:

“What skills do tomorrow's entrepreneurs need?”

Rules

  • Applicants must be between 16-25 years old, and citizens of EU Member States or COSME partner countries
  • Essays should not exceed 2 500 words in length and must be in English
  • Only 1 entry per applicant
  • The final winner will be chosen via a public vote

The deadline for submissions is 8 September, 2017. 3 finalists will be announced in October 2017.

Prize

  • All expenses paid trip to Tallinn, Estonia for finalists to compete at a grand finale during the SME Assembly 2017
  • Presentation training before going on stage
  • Promotion of your entry
